My fiance got a 221 g on white paper and it says admin processing or something like that. But she told him she would call him after she looked at all the e-mails he gave her. She didn't say anything about security checks or nothing. Could this mean she might be sending petition back? I am worried.

i know this might have been asked but while i search, after recieving k3 visa, how long does the person have before they MUST travel to US.

i know the visa is for 2 years, but what is the time limit on travel (1 month 2 month etc)

but beaware if the medical is close to expiration. in order to avoid a new medical

the Embassy will tell you you have X amount of days to travel to the US. example:

they could say you have 10 days.

always means " we need more information"

it could mean they want to do security checks, look at relationship validity, or ask for some other

information or documentation.

btw, the paper should clearly state NOID or NOIR < it would sometimes be a 212 >

you could share what the contents of the paper said..

once again they had to give your husband something if they cant give visa. they have to give an excuse.

She just said she can't issue him a visa today becouse she wants to go over the e-mails we submitted and make her decision then. She said she would call him when she read them. Didn't say when she would call or nothing. I am waiting for him to send that paper so i can see exactly what it says.

more information. once its provided - if they are satisfied they will issue his visa.
