01-06-06 - Interview - Admin Processing

04-13-06 - Day 97 since interview - Full set of prints taken at embassy - 3 sec checks requested from DOS

07-07-06 - Cable sent back to ISL

07-20-06 - ISL sending "call-in" letter w/ some add'l docs req'd

07-25-06 - Visa issued (15 months after filing including 199 days of AP/AR)

08-03-06 - POE at LAX

08-26-06 - Married

09-02-06 - Social Security Card Arrives

AOS/EAD Timeline

09-29-06 - AOS & EAD off to Chicago via USPS

10-01-06 - Rec'd 9:13 pm // signed for by R. Mercado

10-05-06 - NOA on AOS & EAD (w/ no middle name)

10-06-06 - Checks Cashed

10-11-06 - Inquiry sent through USCIS to add middle name

10-15-06 - touched

10-24-06 - Biometrics Appt.

12-14-06 - Interview - "Approved" Pending FBI Check

01-10-07 - EAD touched

01-13-07 - EAD approved per CRIS email

here goes.. I wont EVER get to be with my Bingo ... never ever never never ever!.

Friday July 7th. the ISL embassy tried to issue the visa. and it Triggered not just ONE security check

but 4 of them byches. :angry: we already knows it takes 4 months + to clear a security check.

I guess we wont be togeather for the christmas holidays coz, 4 months from now is < nov>.

I did not tell Javed yet. this is gonna crush him. :( I know its crushing me.

but I am not gonna cry. not gonna cry noooo I cant cry...

embassy recieved packet 3.5 on 4rth JUly, How long i have to wait for interview letter

would i have enough time to call my wife in Pak?

embassy takes from 2/3 weeks to review and schedule interview. right now ISL is scheduling interviews for Nov 2006 you will definitely get enough time to call your wife.

I am sorry to hear that I think it is a good idea to plan a trip to Pakistan and visit him while visiting there it wouldn’t harm you to visit Islamabad and inquire about your case status.

I just got off the phone with the congressman. she said HUH??????????? she never heard of this before.

she is in the process now of sending another Email to ISL. They failed to respond when she sent e mail on monday. :crying: this sucks...

I know Shonnie I cannot get over the same checks on going over and over. Hang in there and hopefully this week you can talk to CO and see if they can tell you something more positive. Keep me posted and really am praying that this ends soon.

I dont see how the dayum case is clear in ISL and now the dayum thing did a U turn -back to the DOS. .dayum unbelivable.

you know I can deal with the security checks 1001 times.

I am worried about javeds mentality right now. he needs support too.

all he get is bullchit talking from the people around him. let me ask this..

to the Men waiting in PK.. how do you cope when people say stupid things to you about your case? I think I willl have Javed post on here too. :)
