Oh OMid,

We went through Abu Dhabi consulate b/c my husband lives there........so there they post the case num once AR is completed...........

Thanks for telling how you found out about the number I know the Islamabad embassy does not have anything listed about the visas on it. And our cases are stuck and not in name checks so we are getting blanks when we call the DOS numbers as well. I am so very happy that your case is finally completed. When is your husband coming?

Mary

Me too. Several show the interviews in advance and then are showing the cleared visas.

That would be great but I'd even settle for a guiding word or two on the phone

Amen. I would love to know something instead of sitting in the dark. I think all of us would love just a little advice or updates on our cases that were from persons in the know. And our AP cases what is so secretive on them now? Already had field checks why can they not tell us something instead of no updates from the embassy since 12/13/05?

I agree Laney call them and let us know. The paper mail is so slow and it should be at NVC now. Good luck.
