I agree with you candid witch. How in the world can women drivers account for a decrease in fatalities... that makes no sense :jest:

I was just thinking that perhaps the people are becoming more aware and concious about their driving skills.

Which part of America will you be moving to? Or have moved to?

by driving slow and making everyone behind them drive slow :ranting:

:lol: A couple of times when I was just a novice in driving, drivers of the cars behind me were ranting..

That may account for a decrease in the nominal number of fatalities, but what accounts for the decrease in the rate of fatalities?

again, high gas prices. people may well be driving slower.

I haven't noticed anyone slowing down so far.
