Hi to all! We got our NOA1 in I-130 dated May 12 , got your I-129F NOA1 on June 2,2008. Our lawyer said to wait till Oct. 4. I read on some timeline others got thier petition approved fast some takes longer. .. Never heard anything about our petition yet. I keep my fingers cross that everything will be fine..

Just wait for the notice and...For you to know am one of the victim of the agency in the philippines...told me to pay 500dollars and they can expedite my papers after I got that I-129F NOA..but really they cant.

The embassy told me to just wait coz it will come....Once you file the papers they will send you notice and you just have to wait for it..... .After I'd found out that the agency has nothing to do with my papers I pulled out all my papers from their office and done it by myself,,and not very long I got all the notice and I just follow the instructions in the notice....Filed August 15,2005 and got my Visa March 2006...If you would like to expedite petition check out... www.uscis.gov...Everything is FINE once you had that notice..you just need lil bit patience.

Oh thank you for the information thats a great help. I am waiting of my 1-130 and 1-129 approval.. I hired an Immigration lawyer from the US not from Phils. Paralegal Specialist/Consultant is different from a full-pledge Immigration Attorney. If only I know about this site earlier I would not hired someone to do it for us. I am just too busy at work always on travel.
