come Monday, if I see more approvals from VSC. I'll believe the theory of VSC allocating a couple of days only to do the spousal visas...which is very hard to believe and abysmal given that they are purposely pursuing a policy (wow, nice allegory!) to keep couples apart. It's especially bad when the couple involves 'United States Citizen' :blink:

This week looks like VSC only allocated one day, Monday for K-3 approvals. There is absolutely no FIFO policy with any of this.

I think they open up a box of files, throw them up into the air, and the one that lands on top is the one file they will work on that day....

or i think they make it into a game... they blindfold the director and let him pick out a petition, whichever he picks out first, thats what they work on for the week. and then they sing and dance and drink beer.

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX
