Im sooo tired...been up since 5am...worked til 4pm...shopped alllll over the place with zaid and sofyan, (al amal supermarket, walmart, once upon a child, jcpenney) made a tray of dawali, two load of laundry, and now, thinking to watch one of the movies nawal sent us...I have to work everyday til next thursday, its gonna be a looong week....

Im looking for two laptops same brand... Toshiba model A305-S6858 so far the only place I really can find it online is BestBuy and the price is $949.99... Im hoping to find it cheaper somewhere... any ideas from the computer whizs out there?

First it depends on what you're going to use it for. That will determine what specs you need.

For me all I'm going to use my laptop for is internet access anywhere. I want a built in webcam so it's not obvious I'm on it in the library talking to Waleed. I need microsoft word to write papers. And I download music, and watch DVD's on it. I want it's speed fairly efficent but I don't need the cream of the crop.

That's it seriously.

So I don't need much. Without the built in webcam I could get it several hundred dollars off. Plus I don't care about style or weight as much. My brother said if I'm lugging this all over campus though that 6lbs. is like a brick unless you're putting it in your backpack. Which they make backpacks now with a built in laptop slit. Plus I'm on a Budget.

This one is $650 after rebate which is within the budget I'm willing to spend.

If you click on the specifications everything looks pretty good the processor is one notch down from best of the line and that's good.

There were only two problems I see with it, but I'm willing to live with it for the price:

Weight: 6.06 lbs. (Like I said it's a brick. Otherwise you might want to look into lighter versions such as 2-3lbs.)

And this: HD RPM 4200rpm (could be a little better, but for what I need it for it's going to be a good laptop.)
