getting a lawyer for annulment

im a lil' nervous., first time ko kasi mag join dito.,

need your help po mga ate and kuya., its about

how to get a lawyer., plan po kasi namin mag file ng annulment

asap, kaya lang., medjo wala po talaga akong alam sa law.,

natatakot po ako na baka lokohin ako., annulment is very expensive,

Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin?

ask ko po sana kung it is really possible to get annulled dito sa PI, natatakot po kasi ako na baka lokohin

lang ako ng makukuha kong lawyer,. and kung possible po., how long does it takes po? more or less magkano po yung

magagastos?..

oo naman pwede ka pa annul dito. I work for four lawyers in the Quezon City area. They charge around P100,000 but if you look for lawyers in Makati area around P150,000. Di ka kasi pwede sa PAO (Public Attorney's Office) dahil para lang sa mga indigent ang services ng PAO. Ang reasoning nila if you can afford a psychologist which they charge ranging from P15,000 to P20,000 (it depends) for the Psychological Examination. Sa cases na hawak namin tumatagal ang annulment cases from 6 mos to 1 year.. depende ulit anong court siya babagsak. Dahil sympre marami ang docket ng courts sa Phils.

but i can make a referral to you if you're really decided. mahirap kse kung in the middle of the case magbback out ka.

it's expensive, especially sa system ng justice satin, madaming cash gift na hinihingi (i guess you know what i mean)

I'm just lucky enough to have a reliable lawyer and psychiatrist. they both have no record of failed annulment cases.

Actually, it took me 2 years to finally have the case decided.

wala kse yung respondent here in PI and when it comes to hearing proper,

there's always an excuse for postponment... RESET!!!

but i always took it as a challenge, maybe it's not yet time.

pero just to remind you girl, you have to be financially and emotionally prepared.

i've lost a lotta weight during the entire case process...

nakaka stress...

anyway, just pm me if you need an advice or referral in your case.

or pwede po bang mag file nun sa ibang lugar? Pano mo po ako mabibigyan ng referral "barenaked".

I've heard stories from friends na mas madali ata sa provinces especially if you knw somebody from the city hall...

where do you currently reside? kse mahirap kung dito ka sa manila magffile,

everytime you'll have your hearing you have to come here pa.
