online scheduling interview

hello everyone. i was browsing the embassy's site and bumped into an online deal if you want to schedule an interview appointment. i came across with this link http://philippines.us-visaservices.com/Forms/default.aspx . it would be a very good deal for me to set an appointment online since it would be very hard for me to call at work or just file a leave of absence and call at home.

is this a real deal? if so, can i use someone else's master card if i dont have one? lol.

ty!

I would be extremely careful unless there is a link from the official embassy website to this one. You are down to the last parts of the process, now is not the time to change boats. You can call the embassy, remember they are 16 hours ahead of us in time...so more like 8 hours earlier.

Notice it is not a .gov site... caution
