Sometimes I wonder what in the world my neighbor is doing in his apartment. He's a graduate student in mechanical engineering and he is so noisy. Sometimes he's building things, sometimes he's destroying things, this morning he's making noise again. LOLZ!

H is a very fast learner and his English is quite good. However, he is NOT fluent.
