nope..all extra stress builds up and unable to handle or defuse it....comes out all at once..panic attack... you may never experience anohter..no real panic attack ever last more than 20 minutes...

Oh Lisa I'm so sorry! I had a few panic attacks last year! Not panic attacks so much as just I couldn't breathe and felt trapped...prolly just stress? I dunno.

I hope it all gets better soon - think happy thoughts...like going to England! You were talking about all the things you get to do earlier! It all sounded so fun! Made me miss Australia!
