So I'm reading the Loto's guide and the Wiki and I found the DS-3032 barcode generation instructions.

We are going to email the DS-3032 choice of agent as soon as it becomes available (case # already generated, got the IIN)...so why do I need those instructions for the barcode generation? Is it for people who want to mail the form in but do not want to wait for DS-3032 to arrive in mail?

Thanks.

Yes. Emailing is taking 10+ days to get into the system. I overnighted my self generated DS3032 on Tuesday and it was entered into the system on Wednesday.

ETA: for the self generated you should wait for the NVC to generate the form. Listen to the IVR or speak with an operator to find out.

If you are going to email it you do not need the barcode because that is used if you mail your Choice of Agent. Once the DS-3032 /Choice of Agent is generated by the NVC, you can email it. You can obtain info regarding the generation of DS-3032/Choice of Agent through the NVC automated system. Good luck.
