hi xylide,

I already change my maiden name into married name. This is what I did.

When I went to PRISM, (its just in taft avenue in front of DLSU. (banco de oro building)they asked me to prepare 250 for the certificate. the seminar lasts 3 hours.This is one institution which is accredited to conduct seminar for you to get a CFO Cert. You need that for renewal or amendment for passport or even getting the CFO cert from the Main office (Quirino) plus your sticker for your passport.. (CFO cert) is being asked in any passporting agency or in DFA.

If u want 1 week only u need to pay 750 pesos,2weeks is 500pesos.

N-400 Naturalization

I-751 Removal of Condition

03/22/2011 - sent I-751 package to USCIS Vermont via USPS Priority+Certified mail with Return receipt

thank u very much panacea..how long did it take for u to get ur new passport?coz i will send it to my hubby asap..

If you are from Manila then the regular and expedited processing applies (check bluemist post) pero if sa province ka, iba-iba and processing times so better if you really try to check/call the DFA office nearest you to get official answers to your questions. Minsan kasi case to case basis din, even sa requirements.

im in Cabanatuan, i was thinking of attending the seminar in the morning then go straight to DFA in the afternoon coz i dont want to stay overnight in Manila.. kakapagod..Ü and my baby needs me at night kasi..hehe what do u all think?

Layo mo din pala gurl.Why dont u stay 1 night sa hotel?Sama mo na lng baby mo at isa pang kasama para may magbantay muna kay baby mo.If I were u...I will stay in a hotel..kc kelangan before 8am nasa CFO/PRISM ka na..lam mo na dami peeps dun para maaga ka matapos then pa-appointment ka for renewal of passport sa website ng DFA para pagdating mo DFA deretso ka na lng kc naka-appointment ka na.

pareho pla tayo taga Central Luzon..hehe plan ko talaga b4 8 andun na... hindi yta pwede ung case ko sa appointment for renewal kasi hdi pa expired passport ko,ung mga expired and maeexpire in 1 year lng yta ang pwede pa appointment eh..pero try ko din pa appointment...

actually, I have it fixed sa passporting agency.. For rush it took 15 days for me to have it.

You need to have 2 more Id's to change it together with your old passport and CFO Cert.. Need your NSO MC and NSO BC.

Then pay 1,500 for the fee. and they told me that I dont need to have appearance. :thumbs:

Sis, I dont know sa passporting agency that you went, in my case they said they no need.

Sis, I dont know sa passporting agency that you went, in my case they said they no need.

hmmmm,ask ko nlng s ibang agency dito.. if i cant make it at DFA after the seminar in the morning adlin ko na lang sa agency...
