Good Morning All,

I hope this message finds all VJ members and their families in good health both spiritually and physically. Samuel and I are proofing our Adjustment of Status forms. Thus, again I am petitioning the expertise of the VJ community. Advice is needed on the following listed questions:

Form I-765, Application For Employment Authorization

Samuel received the temporary EAD stamp at JFK, and he is currently working.

QUESTION: Should we select that he is applying for permission to work or a renewal of his permission to accept employment?

#13. Place of Last Entry into the U.S.

I typed in Jamaica, New York JFK International Airport

QUESTION: Is what I typed in the correct format or should I make it more simple and state something like: New York, New York

Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence for Adjust Status

Part 3. Processing Information

Place of Last Entry Into the United States (City/State)

QUESTION: Same as above.

Nonimmigrant Visa Number

What is this and where is this number located (as if we don’t already have enough numbers to remember)

Form G-325A Biographic Information

This form is submitted in connection with an application for:

We selected Status as Permanent Resident

QUESTION: Is this correct?

Thank you all in advance for your replies!!!

I-765

Permission to work, unless you are renewing a 1 year EAD, NOT the temp EAD that you may have gotten at JFK, USE CODE (C )(9 ) based on pending I-485.

That is fine, OR simply JFK NY

I-485

That is fine, OR simply JFK NY
