With all the smoking fast approvals from CSC these last few weeks I think they have or are going to created a back log at the NVC. What do you all think?

04-12-08 Married

06-11-08 Mailed I-130 Package

06-18-08 NOA1

08-08-08 NOA2

10-22-08 Interview USEM

10-28-08 Visa Received

11-01-08 POE

That was fast!

Got to love the fact my wife was preggy and even with a RFE @ NVC she was still here in under 5 months!

I hope to god you are wrong!

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

i dont care, nvc is much more predictable than uscis. all i want right now is to get out of the damn VSC!

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

I find your comments disturbing, first being worried about cases transfered from VSC to CSC and now this. What really do you want? they should stop working at all and sit on their a$$?

As per rules at NVC at least, its first come first serve basis, and also keep in mind that if a couple has waited near about 4 months average and mostly more than that time frame for their i-130 to be approved, waiting 2 more weeks at NVC won't really hurt them.

Seriously not trying to get on to you, but you need to stop this negativity!
