I work for just a couple of hours today, then I'm heading to NY w/ my mom to visit my sister! :dance: I'm going to go find "Lost in NY" so she won't be lost anymore :star: . I'm sad about leaving my houbbi for 4 nights :cry: .

Not sure how much I'll be online after today, so .... cheers everyone! Bonne weekend!

My husband fell down last night and is now on route to work with a sore butt, poor thing. :( I told him if we ever have kids they'll be bumpin into walls (he constantly is walking into our glass deck door like that guy in the commercials where the birds are laughing hysterically at him) and falling down constantly!!!! YOu'd think he needed to check his eyesight but he did that the week after he was here and has been wearing new glasses for months now! *sigh*

Happy Thursday!!! Bridget-i can just picture your hubby walking into the patio doors. My hubby is such a klutz, one stratch or bruise after another. His first week here, he left the cabinet door open in the kitchen and ended up with a big goose egg on his head!!! I laugh because i am the same way.

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

I am afraid to go to work. I sold a job last night at too low of a price. I know I'm gonna be in trouble. grrrrrr Why do I set myself up like this? I should have stuck to the price. Well, I will apoligize, promise to not let it happen again and beg forgiveness. The worst thing that can happen is they make me call the customer and say I can't do it for that price. Damn Home Depot...I was trying to match their price and now I'm gonna get called to the boss's office over this. I just can't stay out of trouble..lol.

Good Morning! Happy Thursday Mena, Staashi & Charles! :energy:

Im going to work for 4 hours, then come back home and get Adam and go to my endo doc for my blood tests. I hate this but it has to be done. I never get excited about getting a needle up my arm and blood taken. GROSS! :help:

Good morning all, first day of middle school for the boy today and I am exhausted - I stayed up way too late watching olympics last night and now up too early :( oh well, maybe I can squeeze in a nap...

Well hubby is home and life is back to normal for me :)

I do hate dealing with jetlag though.... he's got a wierd sleeping pattern and has been passing out cold at night and I can't keep him from taking over the entire bed :wacko: we only have a full and I had gotten used to having room again when I slept - I ended up sleeping ON him last night :lol:

Next thing on my list of things to buy.... a king size bed! No way I'm going through 1-2 months of sleepless nights adjusting again :no: time to get over my frugal self and buy us a proper bed :bonk:

Well hubby is home and life is back to normal for me :)
