Postpone K3 interview

Hi all,

I have my K3 interview in London on the 26th August, however i am just sending my DS-230 into the NVC and will be case complete soon. I dont think it will be processed before the 26th August. On the letter i recieved from the embassy, it says that if you need to cancel or postpone interview there needs to be a justifiable reason. Do you think i could write and ask them to postpone it? If so anyone have any idea of a reason i could give?

I would go to the interview unless they tell you that they don't have enough time to process your paperwork. They already have a file with information on it as it is. If when you get there they ask you to rebook, you can do so with them and they'll know how long they'll need to take to do the processing.
