its says I-130 is approved, but i just want to hear it from somebody..(i cant believe it though that its approved so quickly) NOw, my problem is what to do next, coz i already ask one of the agency here to help me with my K3 visa, and also i talk to some agencies and they said that Immigrant visa processing is longer than K3, but base on what i read in this forum their processing time is the same. Im confused, i need help on this..Also, if i proceed to CR-I is there any agency here in cebu, philippihnes, that u can refer me? im scared if i do it my self,i commit mistakes..

**we havent filed the I-129F yet, but planning to send it on monday, we r still on the stage of assembling our documents.

Okay your petition for Alien Relative is approved and that form is I-130.. I dont understand why you have to submit another application I-129F if you are already married? I-129F is only for fiance visa-to petition someone to the US to get married... YOu dont have to file I-129F because your I-130 (Petition for Alien spouse / Relative is already approved.. Be careful, it will confuse the USCIS and will hold the visa.

You know by reading different post and different stuff online will make you confuse more.. Just go to USCIS website.. and read all the information there which relate to your situation.. Read the instruction on the form, what is for and you will never make mistakes.

Just follow whatever instruction in the approval and you'll be safe.. Dont let stuff bother you. Good luck!
