NVC Is receiving cases..

Just called the NVC...they didn't have my case at 10am (EST) but when I JUST called back now (3:10pm EST) it's been put into their system. SO, they are receiving cases... :dance::dance::dance:

Now I have to be extra nice to the DHL guys who come in here at work and hope to get good karma from the whole DHL fleet to get it to the UK! :whistle:

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

I'll try not to get too impatient (yeah right :lol: ) Actually, we're just hoping my fiance gets Packet 3 by the time I get there. I'm going to visit him on June 17 so we're hoping he'll at least have it by then or through my visit just to follow our (hopeful) timeline. Time will tell... :whistle:

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

Our NOA2 was the same day as yours and my beloved in Ohio hasnt recieved anything in the mail about NVC recieving our case and the new case number - so maybe we should call them on monday see what they say:) Congratulations hopefully ours will get to london the same time as you:) who knows we may have same interview day:) wont that be great meeting someone on the same route and from the same forum:)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives
