Hi All,

I just want to keep track of our case. I called NVC tonight just to find out if our case was sent to Havana yet. Well, if it was sent it would be too good to be true. Anyway, the response I got from the customer service person was the administrative processing bit. I already knew that Cuban fiance's and others from supposed "state sponsored terrorist countries" get lots of extra clearance checks.

I found 2 pdf files, one detailing some of the various clearance checks, and the other is a 9FAM file used as a guide to security clearances by consulars. They are easy to read. Good luck to all!!
