vsc approvals anyone?

at the start of the week, it looked like vsc was starting to work on petitions, they started with about 3 approvals. i thought it was going to go on for the rest of the week. then suddenly the next day, it stopped. now its almost the end of the week, and everything is quiet again at vsc. do we need to endure another weeked without approvals?

feb. 26,2008-----noa1

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

Either it seems that they stopped working or people might not be updating their status... the obvious fallout is at the VSC--it's no brainer!

VSC is tranfering old files to california..hopefully things will get up to speed soon. Only thing we have is hope that soon we'll hear lots of good news from everyone. I am really happy for those people who got transfered to california because they have been waiting for almost a year now. Good luck to everyone.

yeah but the approvals are for those with I129s ... not for stand alone I130s :crying: when will we ever hear good news? :crying:

Really everybody is so tired of wating really i can't understand why VSC like this . i just give them 1 excuse maybe them dont have alot ppl work there and this sooo poor excuse .... we was change address like 5 day's ago and them dont touch enything now maybe them dont notice we change address coz we changed online i just want to see enyone applyed CR-1 at VSC and get approved ... i hope we hear enything soon :(

There are July filers who got their approval in CSC while VSC filers are still waiting.

Yes, I think you're right - I started a thread JUST for people with standalone I-130s stuck at VSC since Jan/Feb - it does seem like all the aprovals so far have been I-129s - it's not fair....

Nov 7th, 2007 Petition I-130 to NSC

Jan 22nd, 2008 recieved by CSC

Jan 28th, 2008 received NOA1

Apr 2nd, 2008 received NOA2

NVC Process

Apr 22th, 2008 recevied Case number(generated and sent on april 14th)

Apr 22th, 2008 recevied DS-3032/AOS Bill

Apr 24th, 2008 Sent AOS Bill to NVC

Apr 24th, 2008 emailed NVC for Choice of Agent.

May 2nd, 2008 email accepted for Choice of Agent

May 5th, 2008 Immigrant Visa Fee bill generated

May 8th, 2008 Got IIN and paid Immigrant visa bill Online

May 9th, 2008 packet of information generated

May 12th, 2008 AOS package sent to NVC

June 12th,2008 DS-230 received by NVC

June 16th,2008 DS-230 entered into system

June 19th,2008 Case complete..I am happy.

July 14th.2008 found out my interview date.....which is 5th august.

July 15th,2008 Case forwarded to New Delhi embassy.

July 22nd,2008 Medical Done.

July 25th,2008 VFS fee paid.

Aug 5th,2008 Visa Approved.

Aug 17th, 2008 expected POE.

Aug 27th, 2008 Social Security Number received.

Sep 7th, 2008 Green Card received.

whats with our timeline, mine is jumping a month at a time Nov-Oct then OCT back to NOV now Nov\ to DEC and its NEVER been in DEcember, i would think with the removals and the few approvals it would be less not more

Guys, Please do remember that people registered at VJ are only a small proportion of the orignal number of applications at VSC. So don't be dishearted that no one from VJ family is getting approved. I am sure there are people getting approved.

I hope VSC starts approving more VJ family members :lol:

I just checked mine now too and it's saying late Oct to early Dec..... :angry:
