OR, are you accessing net from cyber cafe? Because that "IGNORE ANYONE WHO ISN'T ON MY MESSENGER" works with each specified computer. I mean if you have your own personal PC then that setting is set, but as soon as you log on to yahoo messenger from some other PC, you have to reset that settting, just like you have to reset your archive setting each time you get into a new computer.

oh yeah got it. i am using windows xp,vista and mac. mac has its own version of YM.

Jabberwocky: What i said doesn't make sense, but it is what it is. someone told me to uninstall and install so i did and i havent got any stalker message till now. so we will see.i did my own experiment too, i logged in using vista and xp, i get no messages. then, i logged back in using the Mac, i get offlines from people who aren't on my list,when i tried to reply,it says the user can't receive and that i need to change my settings. and i have reported her as spam too many times. i Just thought there are some kind of programs where they can message you regardless of your settings, just like being able to see who is invisible and such.

Ah, this is starting to make sense. I'd guess your YM version on your Mac either doesn't have the security features that the Windows versions do or you might have some kind spyware on your Mac. Definitely uninstall and then get the latest version. I'd recommend finding support online for Macs regarding spammers. If you have the option to run Windows on your Mac, you might want to do that from now on when using YM, especially if the Mac version is not up to par with the Windows version.

I still can't understand whether you are saying that even after you choose 'Ignore' when receiving messages from this person, that they are still able to message you with that same screen name, or if she keeps creating new accounts and getting through? Again, you should be able to see her email address and you should report her to Yahoo. All Yahoo needs to do is find out that person's IP address and permanently ban them from YM.

Keeping your fianace on her toes? Competition? How old ARE you? This isn't funny. It's hurtful I'm sure to your fiance. Get new email accounts and YM names, doesn't take 5 min. to do. Have your fiance do the same. She shouldn't have to read about this stuff, and you seem to be enjoying it!

It bothered her at first now its just funny....she knows there is not competition for her!

7-10-07 I fly to Manila again before I go to Iraq

7-12-07 We go to Tarlac to meet the family and stay there

2-24-08 I come back from Iraq safe and sound cause I promised I would!

3-25-08 Fly to Manila AGAIN 3rd time on that flight (But it was a little better on Continetal Airlines to Japan cause there coach class has power ports for laptops.

4-22-08 End of the best month ever....even though I had to shower from a bucket like Iraq and buy her an AC cause I was dying at her house....Had to do the visa extension thing which was easy, I had a very good time for the month I was there and felt so much more comfortable about the future!

Well its a sad day in my world! The stalker was not wanting to get with me he wanted to get with the lovely mhay....So I am not as desirable as I thought....I get no paparazi sniffle sniffle tear drpp down my cheek......hahaha its all good thanks for all the advice!!
