That's the reason on why you need to bring your vaccination records, so that SLEC does not have to do it again. However, if you do it again, there is no harm in it.

What I did - I went to my physician months before my med exam in SLEC, because some of the vaccines are not only for one shot. Like varicella, it needs two shots, which is done with a month gap. If you can not complete the whole dosage, SLEC will note in your record that the next shot/s will be done in the US, which is so expensive. Varicella costs about $105.00/shot.

I don't really think they will deduct you for that. Cos paying for medical is done before they will know that you have those shots already. Just bring all the records for the recent vaccinations you had. Just try it though.

Goodluck and God bless. :)

$213.50 is the medical fee, which includes vaccinations. Although there are 8 new vaccinations required by the US government, you can have them done here in PI too. SLEC doesnt have these new vaccines available as of now. But it's up to you really.

Yeah that’s all true...no deduction from the fee even if you will not get any vaccine. I can attest to that because I did not get any vaccine from SLEC (I waived for it).

God bless you, I hope you pass the medical test and of course the interview.

In my suggestion, it would be better to just have all the shots as possible in St. Lukes. It's cheaper in Philippines than in US. Besides, when you pay the medical fee in St. Lukes it's a package already whether they give you 2 or 3 or 4 shots of vaccine.

And the form DS3025 (vaccination report issued by St. Lukes) is very important.

Good luck.

DS3025 will be given to you after you had your medical. It's a vaccination record of yourself from St. Lukes.
