question about cfo

hi my vj family

i attend last tuesday at cfo with phil and nanz even if we dont have a visa yet... they told us they will not give our certificate for now they will gave that when we come back and we have a visa.....

its that natural to them have a little interview?

they ask me gary reason of divorce

how did we met

when did we met

how long we communicate

when did he become my bf

when did he go in phil

how long he stay

then she told me when i come back i need to bring the copy of gary divorce paper and i said how if i dont have any copy now because i already pass it to embassy and she told me i need to tell to my husband to fax it.

anyone experience to gave a copy of divorce paper at cfo. do really i really need to submit a copy of divorce paper?

yes.. it is normal for them to conduct a short interview..

that's part of the counselling..

i dunno abt the divorce paper tho..

Seems like CFO is a second Consul But, do as they say- submit the divorce decrees. In my case, I was not asked of any divorce decrees- the one on one counseling seemed quick.( maybe the lady who interviewed me was already hungry-hehehhe) But don't you get worried with things that they will ask from you coz these are only for references (i think). In general, good thing there is this CFO seminars and counselling so we can be aware of or at least be reminded of the life we are about to embrace. A lot of Filipinas have been abused abroad. They are just protecting us. But all my hopes for you and Gary to be together very soon.Goodluck girl:)

yup, they will interrogate you a lil about you and your fiance and for the divorce paper, yes, they asks for a copy of that

You're lucky if they only asked for a copy of the divorce decree as they asked my friends fiance for a certified copy of his divorce court transcripts. Caused his pinay to cancel plane trip for a month until they were able to produce such!

thank you haole. thats grabe na un ah! they ask for a copy because i told to them i already sumit the divorce paper to embassy ang gary to uscis so she just ask a photo copy heheheehe...

yung consul di nga me ni ask pinahirapan naman me sa question na ano pagkakaiba ko sa dati nya sa akin..

HI...I'm planning to attend 2mrw Aug 15 @ 10am...sa PRISM Taft Ave. Yesterday 2mwag ako sa contact nos ng CFO (I guess sa Quirino ung nos), they told me na dapat daw nsa kin na visa and passport pag mag-pa2sked ako ng seminar. Nagulat ako kc marami na ko nabasa na nagpunta na lang pero pinag-attend pa rin khit wala pa visa. My nagsabi na sa kin na pumunta na lang daw ako dun. Cguro nga ganun na rin ga2win ko. Sana nman di nila ko i-reject pag dating ko dun kc sayang nman byahe ko, though malapit lang ako sa place..but I still want to finish it sana as soon as possible kahit late na ung pagpa2lagay ng sticker or stamp and ung certificate. Tutal sa CFO Quirino nman daw un ibi2gay...correct me na lang po if I'm wrong... Thanks!

puede ka pumunta even if wala kapa visa dala ka lang 2 valid id. tapos pa xerox mo 2 copies then birth certificate un lang pambayad 250 for registration 400 for sticker. pumunta kami ni nanz wala pa nga ako visa eh si nanz wala pa interview sa september pa puede naman yung mga lang makukuha ko yung certificate and sticker pagbalik ko pag may visa na. sa aurora kami umattend...

advantage lang kasi pag pumunta ka don may visa na di mo na kailanga bumalik kasi 1 day lang yung cfo 2 hours more lang yung usapan dun....

bluemist sa st. mary ako umattend ng seminar. yung need 2 valid id tapos birth certificate then pambayad..

ako nga walang dala id na original pero na daya ko hehehhehehhe... yung nbi ko ni scan ko tapos ni print ko rin ng may kulay tapos ginupit ko na sakto. kaya di halata kala nila totoo hhahahaahaha kahit si nanz nadaya kasi ni iwan ko yung real na nbi sa bahay pati postal. salamat

hI..IF sa Ermita ka stay mas malapit ang PRISM, nasa taft lng sya malapit sa La Salle, check mo ung bank na malapit dun at saka malapit din sa CFO office . I will check again on my files ang fone at address
