Hi All,

While still waiting for our perpetual I-130 2nd touch...we were fortunate enough for my wife to get another assignment in the US. She is here again on her existing valid L-1 visa and should be for some time.. *fingers crossed*

Any other options for moving this process along, now that she is physically here in the US. (again...)

Thanks for any insight!

Feb 4th, 2008 -> Married in US -

Feb 15th, 2008 -> I-130 sent

Feb 25th, 2008 -> I-130 NOA1 and online status.

April 20th, 2008 -> Indian Wedding Ceremony (Wow..)

May 23rd, 2008 -> I-129F sent

June 4th, 2008 -> I-129F NOA1 and online status

October 3rd, 2008 -> I-130 Approval Notification!!!!

October 3rd, 2008 -> I-129F Approval Notification!!!!

October 10th, 2008 -> NVC Notification - Case received.
