Question about USCIS touches

Most of you guys have posted that there have a 'touch' on your petitions. It most probably in the USCIS case status online thing. In my account it says that on August 6 they sent out NOA1 for I130. But nothing more. I am just wondering if its the date on the case number file says 'last updated' on August 12, 2008 may be because of the I129F is ent recently. Or if there is some other place I need to look for touch. I attached the USCIS account screenshot for reference. Please let me know. Thanks

When (or if) your case shows a new/different date under "Last Updated" - that is what we call a touch. If your case is 'touched' multiple times - it will only show the most recent date.

Do not stress too much at USCIS, wait at least a month until you check it again... sometimes they don't update it (like in our case) and when they do they just give you false hopes
