Hello! we will be applying for K1 visa soon. what are the requirements? does he need income tax return for the past 2 yrs? or 3 yrs? what is needed. does he need certificate of employment as affidavit of support? pls help.

what are the necessary documents i need too? pls help

read the k-1 information contained in the guides section....

affidavit of support information varies by consulate.... check the USEM website ....

US Citizen financial data is need at the time of interview, NOT when filing the I-129F.

You don't need any of that for the I-129F filing. You will need it for the interview. Go to the USCIS website and download the instructions and forms
