1.) as soon as u know your MNL case number, pay doc verification fee at metrobank.

HOW? read sheriff uling's post for details about paying doc verification fee at metrobank and how to text the infos found at the receipt to delbros.

WHEN TO PAY THE FEE? 1 month (or more than 1 month) before your interview date at the usem.

2.) text delbros the metrobank receipt infos

WHEN? same day when u made the payment

HOW? check sheriff uling's thread for details like text format

GOAL-TO RECEIVE A TEXT CONFIRMATION FROM DELBROS THAT THEY RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT (save this on your celfon)

3.) call delbros 3392761 loc 104 (document verification dept) person-in-charge (ROBBIE)

WHY? a.) to confirm your payment over the fon

b.) to ask delbros if they informed the usem already that you paid the doc veri fee

GOAL-they have to give you "the date" to when did they inform usem about your payment

4.) call usem (look for grace or lorraine) 3012000 7 5184 or 5185 followed by the #key (this number can be reached from 7:30am to 5pm MANILA TIME) or you may try 5286300 loc 5184 or 5185 (this number can be reached from 8am-10am MANILA TIME) when it keeps on ringing and a machine operator picked up hit zero at once to make it ring again, hit zero everytime the machine operator picked up, as many times till ure able to talk to grace or lorraine

WHY? 1.) to inform them that u made the payment (give the date of payment and your interview date)

WHAT TO ASK? ask them to when they will send your documents to be verified to NSO. (most probably they will answer that u will call delbros and ask this question from them)

5.) fax the metrobank receipt to delbros 3392756 ATTENTION TO: DELBROS DOCUMENT VERIFICATION DEPT

RE: DOCUMENT VERIFICATION PAYMENT

HOW? photocopy or scan (for a clearer copy) the metrobank receipt, using a black pen, over write the infos on the receipt to make sure that they will come out clear when u send it thru fax.

WHAT TO INCLUDE? write your case category, case number, interview date, your name, contact numbers and mailing address

*then call delbros and ask if they receive the fax* (if they didnt then fax again then call and do this until they confirm that they receive the fax)

GOAL- TO CONFIRM AGAIN THAT THEY GOT YOUR PAYMENT

6.) fax the metrobank receipt to usem 3012591 ATTENTION TO: IMMIGRATION VISA DEPT

RE: DOCUMENT VERIFICATION PAYMENT

HOW? same as #5

WHAT TO INCLUDE? same as #5

*then call usem (the fon number on #4) and ask if they receive your fax* (if they didnt then fax again then call till they tell you they receive the fax)

NEXT...

*refer to what day the delbros and the usem confirmed that they received your payment*

the following week starting TUESDAY to be exact.. why tuesday? coz usem sends the request to NSO of the documents to be verified every monday only, so assuming they send yours then u would know the following day from delbros coz they would have "the list" of those names.

1.)CALL DELBROS

WHAT TO ASK? what day or date did usem send the transmittal or the request to NSO, they must give u a date that falls on a monday. make sure u dictate your case number slowly and clearly

GOAL-YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE DATE (a monday date) THE NSO RECEIVED THE REQUEST FROM USEM FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION. DELBROS HAS TO CONFIRM TO YOU THAT YOU ARE INCLUDED IN "THE NAME LIST"

NOTE: PLS DONT STOP CALLING DELBROS UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU THE DATE. dont mind if they get upset coz they wont especially robbie. robbie is very nice and understanding, so dont let anything nor anyone stop you from making the calls or follow-ups. it is for your own good. if ever anyone got upset, dont mind them. dont be intimidated, just continue to talk nicely

THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS MONDAY DATE?

this will be your "CLUE" or "IDEA" if you will receive a white slip due to document verification.

WHAT ABOUT IT?

the SAID DATE has to be 2 weeks or more PRIOR to your interview date. for the lucky ones 1 week before the interview date has a good chance based on other's experience at vj.

WHY? becoz NSO will process the documents in 1-2 weeks normally but it would take up to 3-4 weeks on some cases based on other's experience at vj

never forget to pray for guidance, wisdom, patience, determination, courage and perseverance from God. you need to have all of these becoz i know this can be confusing and time consuming. some may encounter problems or not so nice people along the way. whatever the circumstances might be, stay strong and focus on what you have to do. if you need to do this the hard way, then who cares if it would mean being with your honey forever.

dont forget you can always find help, advices and encouragement from vjers here. so dont hesitate to ask.

update yourself by reading posts here. you will always find ideas, tips, suggestions and advices from their success stories.

if you chance upon better ideas or tips or new infos, kindly post them at once. who knows someday we would be be able to come up with "perfect steps" to crack down this document verification problem.

IF I HAVE KNOWN THIS PRIOR TO MY INTERVIEW DATE THEN I GUESS I WONT BE UNDER AR NOW but hey atleast ive developed knowledge, perseverance, patience, self-improvement, gained new friends, MORE EXCITEMENTS BETWEEN ME AND MY RICHARD and most especially I HAVE A STRONGER RELATIONSHIP AND FAITH WITH GOD

IM PRAYING THAT THIS INFO WOULD SOMEHOW HELP YOU.

Sorry... Maybe I woke up on the wrong side of the bed but I had to say something because this type of post is why sooo many people gets confused and EVEN MORE frustrated.

If you are going to get a white slip, you're going to get a white slip.

In our case, we paid Delbros two weeks before the interview, did not do anything else and we did not get a white slip. Our interview lasted a few minutes and got our visa in a few days.

Some people pay a month or even more in advance, bugs Delbdros, bugs NSO, bugs the US embassy and gets a white slip.

My advice to people... Just do what the US embassy ask of you. Follow its direction. Its simple. after that, just chill. Like I said, you're going to get a white slip if you're going to get a white slip. OR....

You could do whats being adviced here and in sooo many other post to call and fax the heck out of US Embassy, Delbros, and NSO. If doing all these makes you sleep better.

But dont believe anyone who says this is how you "AVOID white slip".

We are just observing.. There were some who pretends to be newbie but to our surprise, eventually they knew lots of things about particular people in VJ..

One could browse this site and forums for years and not make an account. Then one day decide to create one and become a newbie but familiar with a lot of members.

What's your point? Why dont you just stop making assumptions and go straight down to the point?

I argee, maybe bugging everyone could even cause your file or papers to get misplaced. We paid 3 weeks in advance and didn't do anything else. Our interview was smooth and no white slip. I don't think our docs were even sent to delbros. Does anyone know for a fact that everyone's papers get sent to delbros? Maybe it's case by case up to the CO.

Sadly, too many people followed this months back and even continued bugging DELBROS even after they were given a date which probably lead to DELBROS not accepting calls even from people with valid concerns like those who have been in DV AR for over a month.

While I could understand the need to make follow ups, overdoing it is also not good. Any privilege that is abused will surely be taken away. :(

And I agree with Noel, if you'll get white slip, then you will get it no matter how much follow ups you make. It is the same with getting your BC or CENOMAR directly from any NSO office. Some are lucky to have their documents released in matter of minutes while others are asked to come back after 15 working days (just for a BC:late registered--i personally witnessed it in NSO davao).
