: Hello Everyone We are the one of the April filers but seems I dont have any news yet..I am so tense and upset because its almost everyhour I check my VJ and USCIS theres no good news that comes in my email.Congratulations to those April filers how have been approave,im still wishing that before this month end I got any good news of our doc. :unsure::unsure::unsure:

2008-04-22 .........I-129F NOA1

2008-09-03..........NVC Received

2008-09-08..........NVC left

2008-09-13..........packet 3 recieved

2008-09-15..........received hard copy

2008-09-15..........call call center for interview appointment

2008-09-30..........mecdical day 1 passed

2008-10-06...........medical day 2 passed

2008-10-09...........interview passed pink and white slip receive wait for my HK police clearance

2008-10-20...........HK police office sent email to me and inforn clearance is on the way..ahmmm so happy this

time that they work my police office never ignore my request..

2009-01-05...........Visa Received :

2009-01-13.........US Entry :

2009-02-03...........Marriage :

2009-02-10........... apply SSN

2009-03-14........... apply AOS

2009-03-23...........NOA1 recieve

2009-04-14...........biometrics appointment ( Finished )

I am an April filer to without even a touch

sucks

least yours is in Cali - mine is stuck in Vermont where there are almost NO approvals

Date of I-751 = 03/05/2011

NOA Date = 3/08/2011

Biometrics = 04/11/2011

Approved = 09/08/2011

I am a late April filer (25th), and did the petition using DCF method.

Got the approval on July 8th, and the P3 packet with the approval

letter was received July 11th.

Marriage

First Meeting in China: 09-2003

BF/GF: 05-2004

Marriage: 01-12-2006 (marriage licenses)

Wedding Cermony: 02-2007 (parents and sister came from the US to attend)

Petition Process - DCF

GUZ walk-in/submitted I-130: 04-25-2008

I-130 approval: 07-01-2008

GUZ sent Approval: 07-08-2008

Received Approval: 07-11-2008 (Wife's category is IR1)

IV Process - DCF

GUZ sent P-3: 07-08-2008

P-3 received: 07-11-2008

P-3 Forms submitted: 10-23-2008

GUZ received P-3 Forms: 10-24-2008

GUZ sent P-4: 11-21-2008

P-4 received: 11-22-2008

Medical Exam:11-24-2008

Interview scheduled for: 12-01-2008

Interview Results: PINK

yeah this is sucks,I really want to be with my fiancee side.I miss him so so much..but i should have to wait and i really need to wait so that I can be with him forever.

wish lawyer give us any news next week..I am hoping to that. :(:(:(

I used to be my own protection, but not now, cause my path has lost direction, somehow

AGHGHH... I'm an April filler and got approved yesterday... but I feel BAD because there's people behind me waiting: it's SO unfair!!! I don't understand why some people have to wait more... specially when we are paying SO much money for something basic!!!! This is a rotten system...
