Am confused, what's that case number given by the NVC? Is it the so called MNL#? I thought USEM is the one who gives it as our case is encoded to their database. Can't remember exactly what I have read months back.

NVC is the one who assigns MNL Case Num then they will forward our case to the USEM. Once USEM receives your case then give them at least 2 to 5 days for them to encode it in their system. If your case is already encoded in their system then that is the time wherein you can call the call center to schedule your interview.

Ang galing-galing ng sister Dian!!!! Thank you...Michael called NVC today, they said no info yet,waaaa. does it means our papers aren't with NVC yet?

It doesn't mean your papers are not at NVC. the NVC operator will not have any info until you have been assigned a case number. It could be there, they just can't pull up any info about it until it has been assigned a case number.
