Hello! we will be applying for K1 visa soon. what are the requirements? does he need income tax return for the past 2 yrs? or 3 yrs? what is needed. does he need certificate of employment as affidavit of support? pls help.

It required a lot of information/forms, here are some papers/forms you need to start with:

1. form 129f

2. G-325a (one for you and your fiance(e)

3. i-134 (income tax, paystubb, company letter, etc)

4. letter of intend

5. engagement letter

6. proof of meeting in person (photos together, plane ticket, etc)

6. for a male fiance (you need additional form - ds 157)

7. ds 156k

8. ds 156

9. ds 230
