Hello, my wife in the Philippines received some papers that are part of the I-864 affidavit of support process. But I am not sure what she is suppose to do with them? My wife's english is poor so she has a hard time understanding what I am trying to ask her what they are for.

I know I have to send in the $70.00 fee for her and her daughter but I am not sure what she is supposed to do with these papers that she has received. So I told her to send them back to me so I can take a look at what purpose they serve. Can someone shed some light on what these papers are for?

thanks,

Maybe fill out the DS 3032 choice of agent and the DS 230 visa application for both her and her daughter?

If so HAVE her sign them BEFORE she sends them to you.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Ask her to email the document to you first before she send the original.. I am sure she can just go to the cafe and have someone scan that for her and email it to you.

I was told by the NVC that I only pay $70.00 once with both files in one envelope. One for my wife and one for here daughter. They both have different case numbers though. Could they be screwed up?

she might have just received that ds-3032. my husbands came and the last page was a FAQ sheet about the I-864. It pretty much talked about domicile on that sheet.
