Well, I'm no expert. Wether it's a region WITHIN Serbia or wether it's an entity on it's own is highly debateable and the answer will depend on who you ask.

I don't think he hates non-Albanians. I think he just hates Eric. But I think that hatred is more born out of jealousy.

probably because eric's schlong has a better publicist.
