Oh SISTERS! Our time is coming! I feel it. This is good news for us August filers that LATE July got transferred. I just called my husband and he was cautiously optimistic!

I knew hubs needed to go request his police certificates, this is great news. WHoo hoo, so February might be right on the mark if not earlier - yipee!!

On December 22, 2008, we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.
