Hi everyone , i filed for Petition I-130 on August 1,2008. If Anyone mailed this same petition in Auguts and want to hold their breath along with me, please post your progress and experiences when you have update.. Perhaps we can help One another... thank you

Hello, I'm not just holding breaths i'm crossing fingers and nail bitting..

Hopefully now that ppl through Feb have been moved to CSC we will start seeing approvals in less than six months at VSC.

Well, we filed 130 July 28th and the NOA1 hard copy was received Aug 1 but dated July 31st. Can we be here?

Well, we filed 130 July 28th and the NOA1 hard copy was received Aug 1 but dated July 31st. Can we be here?

when you check your case status online at USCIS you can tell by the date in the block by your case number/reciept number. you can also turn on the auto e-mail notification and they will e-mail you when you get touched or your case is updated. At least thats supposed to be the way it works. my case has not been updated since it was sent to CSC.

I would gladly take Feb or March, hope you are right about it being sooner but around those dates is fine as long as its not longer!

Things seem to be slow lately out of Vermont so I am beginning to think even Feb or March might be optimistic. I don't think I will see New Jersey until the summer. On the up side we will not have to worry about weather on the drive down.
