Received NOA2 on Jan 5. :yes: 132 days from NOA1 to NOA2

It was a total surprise because the intel I had is that everything was slowing down for the NOA2 but someone else had said that after the first of the year the approval rate would pick up. That someone else was right.

My NOA1 was received on 08-18 2008, and I haven't heard anything from them. 136 days waiting for NOA2.

Just wanted everyone to know that I received an email that our petition was approved yesterday January 5, 2009. It took 4 months and 2 days. I was crying at worrk when I opened the email, I thought it must have been for a RFE but no it was the approval. I am sure others will follow soon.

sorry - better late than never... we filed in August also and this Monday morning came with a email saying a RFE was sent on Saturday, I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

at least things are moving, have to look on the bright side.
