No news yet, but have stronger hope that ever before. I am just praying that the remainder of the Feb K-3 filers get approved this week, so they can look at mine. How many Feb K-3 filers left w/o an approval?

Well I have a NOA dated Feb. but I cancelled petition 2 months ago, but for past 3 days, touch, touch touch, guess they are approving a cancelled petition. Leave it to VSC!!!!!!!!!! Good luck hope your approval comes soon.

Dont worry dude, you'll get approved before me, please see my countdown for more info.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

sasha...between yesterday and day before, we had 7 k-3 approvals. that's the most i've seen in two days coming out of VSC in a while. I can safely conclude that if we continue to get feb filers approved, VSC is doing the right thing. We, at VJ, represent a small % of the spousal visa applicants, so in reality, they must be approving by large numbers and it's only matter of days before the waiting feb/march filers hear something from them. once again, i maintain a positive outlook for VSC. If this were the stock market and I were an analyst (which I am), people would call me stupid. ;-)

i keep a track or cj's timeline coz we have just the same timeline.

i am done with my usa medical licensing exams here and am just waiting to be with my sweetheart. wish vsc would understand.

Wisdom, we are amazing similar in timeline. Please please please let me know if you have had any touches since you sent in your application. This wait is killing us! Also, let me know if and when you are approved and I'll do the same. So, far I have only one touch on 5/30. That is probably the date when they paired my applications.

Can I buy a PUT option? Won't get approved but at least I make some money! :crying:

Don't know about a PUT. My (trade) basket would look something like long VSC futures and long PUT options on CSC. It's very directional, but that's the way I trade
