expidition approval!

Hi guys!

We sent the expidition request to nvc regarding my interview in islamabad coz my wife who is in usa is not well.

They approved our expidition.

Before this my wife was completing the I 864 with my mother in law who is Co sponsor and i sent her my DS230.

2 days ago i got packet 3.5 packet from US embassy in islamabad.I called them today and asked that we did not send the forms to nvc how can u send me the packet 3.5 and they replied coz your expidition has approvd thats y you have to send us DS 230 & I 864.

So now i will send them documents,

Guys is this a good sign?

Do u think that they will give me the interview date quickly after reviewing the forms?

Will i have to give them again 400$ immigrant visa fee which we have already paid to NVC?

Plz give me ur suggestions.

It seems your expedite was approved all the way to and through the consulate. If they have your file they should have record of all payments previously made.

Sibtain...first of all congratulations. It is good for you and it is way faster that the NVC route. Send them all the documents.

Happy for you.

Show to the embassy the receipt for $400 your wife paid to NVC.

It depends on the embassy. If they're good at what they do, they should process your paperwork faster and give you an interview as soon as they complete your case. I mean, they received your uncompleted case from the NVC for a reason, right?

As for the IV Bill, don't worry about it. The DS-230 wouldn't have been generated if you had not paid it. The reason why you received the DS-230 is because you had already paid the IV Bill, and the reason why you received the I-864 is because you had already paid the AOS fee bill.

Guys i think i m lucky coz we expidited iur case regarding my interview,and thats y they received incomplete case from NVC.

Is there any more suggestions which you guys would giv me!
