I havn't been able to find anyone, but I am just curious if there are August 08 VSC filers for the K-3 out there? Let's track our progress together and hope for a more positive turnaround at the VSC in the upcoming weeks and months. Good luck to everyone else who has already applied and looking forward to hearing your stories!

hello there, it's really nice to have someone on the same date filing but base on this link VERMONT SERVICE CENTER, I don't see anyone filing on the same date that you filed. Did you happen to see this link already?

I sent my I130 in Jan 08 get my received in Feb 12 then sent my I129F get my received in Feb 26 only got 1 updated in both applications. I129F Mar 06 & I130 May 05. Today I was checking my email and got an email from USCIS with Approval noticed in both application. So almost 6 months total.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)
