The I9 form states "must present a receipt for the application of documents withing 3 business days and the actual documents within 90 days."

Does that mean that I can apply for I765 (work authorization) and hopefully get it in 90 days and take a position now.

I am a k-1 visa holder that was offered 2 jobs pending I have sufficient documents. I do not have EAD as of yet or SSN.

Please help!

The part you have quoted is for people who have been approved for EAD but have lost and/or need to replace it. As you have not yet been approved you can not begin employment until you have been approved and have your EAD in your hand as you are not authorized to work without it.
