As PP said, no need to even show the assets with that sort of income- assumign of course that income is US based and/ or will continue when you move to the USA.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yes I saw that in the I-864 today. My other question though is that I filed taxes in 2006 and 2007 but my foreign restaurant took losses in both those years and I filled out my taxes accordingly. My current income will still qualify the financial requirements, correct?

no, they made me have a co-sponsor. But we were approved. The interview was basically how long have you been together.
