sara, that pic of amirah is pricesless...us MENA ladies and gents sure do make some beautiful children!

carolyn, JP, and Wahrania should be having their babies any day now, if they havent already..3 more MENA babies! How exciting!!

So i put zaid in his exersaucer not sure how he would feel about it, but, he loves the darn thing, I didnt think that at 3 months he could support his body and stand, but to my surprise, hes going to town in it! I sure am proud of that darn exersaucer, I got it in the package brand new at a garage sale for 2.50$ its going for 89.99 at walmart...woohoo im such a bargainer!

speaking of a bargain, I went to my local once upon a child and got 12 - 3piece outfits for fall/winter and 3 pairs of carters shoes (brand new) for 68$...Im pretty sure Ill take 100$ out of my next paycheck and go back for a few more sets and sleepers...you really cant beat the prices there..

I definitely agree with you about Once Upon being hit or miss. I don't know if you have a Kohls in your area, but they have been a good source for clothes. It's another..you have to catch the sale at the right time, but if you can. In the spring, a friend called to tell me they were having a clearance sell and I got several pairs of pants for my son (3-4T) that were at most $3.00 a piece. And these were brand new pants! I got some sweaters and pull over hooded sweatshirts that were no more than $2.50 a piece. So, if you can find out when they have these....it's almost stealing the prices are so cheap! :whistle::thumbs:

There is also this HUGE consignment sale coming up at this church in September. NOTICE!!!!! Any of you that are close to the Charlotte area and are in need of baby/children's clothes...please PM me so that I can give you directions and the info on this sale. You can easily get a whole season of clothes (including shoes) for no more than $100-125. It's great!!!!

Well I don't know what "kinda sites" you mean. The site that I caught mine on was a site where you copy and paste graphics for myspace.

usually porn sites, although other sites are known to give you something extra just by visiting them. it sounds like you may be on ie6.

no, ie7! AND I have the full antivirus package from Verizon and it *still* got through.

firewall? anti-spyware program? updated windows too?

yes yes and yes.

Just a quick update then we gotta go out again... Adam & I passed our AOS interview and was told we were approved & will receive the 10yr green card! :dance: Praise to the LORD! We got there at 10:05am... was supposed to be at 1030am ... we left our cell phones in the car so we didnt know what time we officially got into the office to interview. He didnt look at any of our pictures. It only lasted 30 minutes. I will write about that when we get home later from taking the kitties to the Vet. :energy: yay! :dance:

Maureen I have done that too with a video from blockbuster :blink: I was SO SURE I had returned it but the cashier girl was some high school age beeyotch and I pretty much went off on her. imagine my surprise when I was cleaning a couple of weeks later and wow! there it was!

I hope everyone has a great tuesday, looks like its starting off with some good news already :)

my dilemma of the moment: do I

a) go home at 4, clean up house a bit and have music and candlelight all set and ready to go for when I pick hubby up from train station

B) work until 4:30ish and pick him up at 5 and go home together.
