hello everyone i wud like to ask anybody to update there timeline here so that we will know each other how our application is touch...for the sake of my friend who is and aug. fillers i was the one who post in here as she is not a member her yet...so hoping to aug. fillers can post there timeline..c u gurls...

K1 -visa:Timeline

6/26/08:resent the 1-129f package to VSC

8/21/08:received NOA1 in the mail,yeyeyeh i was relief after the long period of waiting

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]

07/08/09:sent the 1-485 forms for adjustment of status package to chicago (USPS)..Day 1

07/10/09:arrived USCIS,chicago...(when i checked the USPS post office)...Day 3

07/12/09:check cashed...Day 5

07/15/09:noa1 date for (AOS,AED,AP)i thanks god for everything...(date arrived,07/20/09)...Day 10

08/12/09:calling USCIS to check the bio apt...Day 35

08/25/09:bio notice date issued...Day 48

08/29/09:bio notice received.(thank u so much mama mary...)...Day 52

09/04/09:AP arrived in the mail (date issued 08/27/09)

09/09/09:biometrics done...

09/17/09:EAD = card arrived today...so happy...

10/03/09:interview notice received

11/05/09:AOS -- interview approved (thank u mama mary)...

11/16/09: GREEN CARD arrived today...

thanks gemmie for the quick replies we still hoping anyone can add there timeline here as to the AUG/08 FILLERS...my friend sent the package last AUG.8 still waiting for any feedback from VSC/USCIS..we all hope for instant processing without any probs..as i notice VSC is too slow this time...

I sent in my K1 package on Aug 5. and it was received (per DHL) on Aug 6. but so far, I've heard nothing and my check has not been cashed. I think my timeline is updated in my profile, but if not, I'll fix it.

I sended mine in July 31th, no check cashed or noa1 so far.

7/31/2008 - Sended I-129F to VSC (lost in mail).

9/24/2008 - Resended I-129F to VSC (*sigh* lost again).

10/30/2008 - Resended again I-129F to VSC.

11/11/2008 - NOA1

03/09/2009 - RFE received

03/11/2009 - Returned RFE

05/23/2009 - Recieved 2nd RFE

08/05/2009 - Denied. Besides that he turns out to be a total jerk. Case ended.

we are still waiting for some aug /08 fillers...feel free to add your timelime here..like what ive said VSC seems not moving this time... from july fillers up to aug...but all we can do is waiting,waiting,waiting...huhuhuhuhuh

Well I guess that we are close enough for the Aug. time line. I hope we all find CSC and VSC to be more prompt in handling these visas for everyone.

Feb 9, 2009 - Left NVC "AP hell" Its about damn time! I must say this is money well spent LMAO

My package was recieved on Aug. 7th and still no NOA1 or check cashed. Hopefully in the next few days. I hate waiting, but my fiance is much worse. He dosen't understand why I don't know anything yet. Guess he will really see how things are when he gets here. (holding my tounge) :P

Things are a little slower for NOA1 in Vermont at the moment, hang tight and things should pick up over there. You should be getting your NOA 1 this week or next.

vermont is taking them so long to send NOA1 for some reason. Your patience is needed so bad in this process.... Kindly look our timeline, it took so long also for us
