i paid delbros last june 10 for my doc ver. i already received the messages that they hve already confirmed my payment. what do i have to do after this?? how will i know that the NSO has completed the verification process? thank you!

Hi! you may call NSO at 9267333 and look for PJ or Richard (but I like PJ kc he's more accomodating). Btw if you ask for PJ make it sound like you are his friend...so that they will give it to PJ right away. Then give him your complete name and the date when delbros send the request. Better txt first delbros at their hotline (where you confirmed your payment) then give them your case number, ask them when did they sent your document verification request. It usually takes 1-2wks after your payment b4 they send the request to NSO. And it will take another 1-4 wks before NSO finished the process. I guess yours is done already because I paid mine June 26 and its done with NSO on Aug 1.

yeah i just called nso, you're right richard is a bit rude. haha! he told me "processed na po" and he just hung up.. sheeesh.. so at least i have one lesser thing to worry about! thanks!
