approval date and interview

my approval date is from may 17, 2008 - sept 19, 2008.. does this mean that i have to get an interview schedule withink these dates? thanks!

You mean your NOA2 validity? it would be ideal to get an interview date within that period (most people would even try to get the earliest possible interview date) but if there is a reason why you would opt for an interview date later, the NOA2 validity can be extendded.

thanks! i just had to make sure. i was supposed to be interviewed last june 19 but unfortunately i had problems with the medical exam and slmec told me that i do not have to show up on my interview date because i still have to complete the sputum exam first which they also scheduled on my date of interview. do i have to do anything for the validity to be extended?

usually pag medical related yong reason ng interview sched delay, you don't have to do anything, SLEC will also be the one to schedule your interview with USEM soon as your medical is cleared up. but try inquiring directly from USEM about this just to be sure: 02 301 2000 ext 5184 or 5185
