Is this a yellow envelop given after the 2nd day of the medical? Now, Im worried coz I did not receive any yellow envelop. What I got from SLEC was my x-ray film and a short size bond paper stating there the vaccines I got.

If you dont have the yellow envelope meaning the SLEC will be the one to forward it to the USEM...Nothign to worry!!!!!!!

If you dont have the yellow envelope meaning the SLEC will be the one to forward it to the USEM...Nothign to worry!!!!!!!

On the 2nd day of my medical they took my passport and they gave me x-ray film and a short size of bond paper stated the vaccines I got.
