HEY GUYS

I haven't heard anything after our AOS interview and wanted to make an appointment. When making an infopass appointment which type of appointment should I choose "You have a question about your case" or "You wish to speak to an immigration officer." Anyone with experience on infopass appointment, if you could answer my question

I would probably check the "You have a question about your case" option. I don't think it really matters because you'll probably be talking to the same person anyways.

yep raymaga is right. When I made an infopass appointment to speak to an immigration officer and went there; they just took our letter and assigned us a number. We just went to a window when our number came up and I think the woman was just an administrative asistant nothing more. Of course it didn't help us at all - we wanted the biometrics done prior to the interview. I don't think they will be much help to you either, but you can try it; just don't get your hopes up. Good Luck

All the people you see at an infopass appointment are immigration officers anyway. I had an infopass appointment last friday and I am very pleased that I made the appointment as it has relieved my nerves for a while anyway LOL.
