my fiance did not put none on the form g-325a like in the part a file number its blank or all other names

will the uscis send it back to me because of that

Probably not, but now would be a good time to start taking responsibility for the petition package you filed, instead of trying to blame your foreign fiance.

Blame and love are not mutually exclusive. I'm saying you saw the forms last and were the one who was supposed to know what you were doing. Next time, check forms over for oversights and correct them yourself and if you don't, then take responsibility for filing an incomplete or incorrect form. It's your responsibility, not hers.

It has nothing to do with the "foreign fiancée"....if you screwed up, you screwed up, no matter if you are the foreign fiance or the USC who last checks the documents.

Also, if the G-325A form was typed out on the computer how is he supposed to correct them since they need to be dated and signed by his fiancée.

She did screw up by not following the "if NONE, so state" instructions, I (as the foreign fiancée) did that mistake too. no big deal, but it was my responsibility, not my fiance's! Right, eric n sui is supposed to know what to do, but so is the fiancée and mistakes happen!

I think it doesn't matter if they're typed out on the pc because you can also write on the them with a black pen...like you can prepare all the paper and if you find out something is missing you can add it by hand. Even the date can be write with a black pen, what is important is that you give a answer for each question...you maybe have rfe for that but i don't think it will cause you big problems

Writing on otherwise typed formes is perfectly acceptable, as is editing for mistakes after signature. My wife never saw a single form bearing her signature before filing. The foreign spouse only signs the G325a. Fiance(e) also signs the letter of intent.

It's the USC's petition to file.

True, though I also signed and dated everything since I was in the US at the time of filing and we were putting the package together. Can't hurt, as long as the USC's is there, right?

We can make witty quips all day long, but here is the DEAL! You will probably not get the forms returned, you can hope. Also, you are just beginning the process. There are many more forms to be filled out. YOU are the US citizen and need to take responsibility for all of this. My fiancee signed a G-325 form (blank) which I then filled in with all the information I gathered from her and checked and double checked and triple checked before I filled out her (signed) form. I did all other forms also and only had her sign things when I visited her and when I went to the interview with her. She was depending on me and I came through and asked tons of (probably stupid) questions here, which is why I joined and now I would like to help others. For the record, Pshbrk was VERY helpful to me during the process. I thank him.

Right now is the time to start studying everything you will need and working on getting it together. Thanks to the help of Pshbrk, and others here, we got our NOA2 in 61 days had our visa in less than 5 months and it could have been in less than 4 months except for conflicts in our own schedules for the interview. I had NO RFE's and NO questions at the interview.

I spent a lot of nights studying everything again and again and asking questions. You want this to go smooth and afst for both of you.
