Done with Guidance & Counseling in PRISM last July 22, 2008. Is there other seminars I need to attend to aside from the one I had in PRISM?

NO MORE!!! Bring your passport to any CFO office for the sticker....and present your CERTIFICATE from the seminar you have attended...
