What happens if overstayed

Hi all,

I dont know if this is the right forum to post or not.I came here on a B1/b2 visa and after a stay of almost 90 days married my fiance.Now my visa expired on June 15th.So I am overstaying.Now I have to go back due to some reasons and may not return back.

Can someone tell me what happens ??

a)As i know one has to submit his I-94 to the flight staff .......do they question about the overstay ??

Do the Indian port of entry question and create trouble , as the visa expiration date in stamped on my passport.

Airline staff will not question your overstay.

Not sure of the Indian port of entry. Are you an Indian passport holder ?

I read somewhere in the forum that doing so may make it hard for you to come back, if you want to, next time to USA. For you to go to India is not a problem. There might be some questions asked at the departure security check. But I didnot hear of any problem at Indian port of entry in these situations here in these forums.

But to be on the safe side, there is some process whereby you explain the cause of the overstay and file it with USCIS. I don't remember the forms or the procedure but it was mentioned in these forums.

Thanks .Ase i told I am not coming back.So as u said there will be no problem in going back.... what questions are asked at the departure security check ?? actually i mised my 13th aug plane ticket.and this 13th aug plane ticket was purchased when i came here....just to let u know.
